Overview The Department of Health (TAS) is seeking to expand the Tasmanian Health Service's existing standing offer panel of providers of elective surgery for public patients. Purpose This refresh is intended to provide an opportunity for the appointment of additional suppliers to the existing panel arrangement, consistent with the existing standing offer panel structure managed under DOH-6060. Objectives Increase service capacity for elective surgery Support timely access to elective surgery Reduce waiting times for patients who have exceeded clinically recommended waiting periods Enhance the sustainable delivery of public surgical services throughout Tasmania Eligibility Existing contracted suppliers under DOH-6060 are not required to tender
