Scope The scope includes: Development of a viable irrigation enterprise at TasWater's Bicheno Recycled Water Farm Operation of the irrigation enterprise with a strong and sustained demand for recycled water Tender Briefing There is no mandatory site visit for this opportunity. TasWater will provide proponents with an opportunity to attend an Industry Briefing session via video conference (Microsoft Teams). Format: Virtual briefing Date: Friday 24 July 2026 Time: 12:00pm RSVP: Required by 4:00pm, Wednesday 22 July 2026, via the Tendering portal Instructions for registration are provided in Part 1, Expression of Interest, Stage 1, WWT-73, Bicheno Irrigation Enterprise Development.
