Overview The Department for Education, Children and Young People (TAS) is seeking a contractor to undertake a major redevelopment of East Derwent Primary School as part of the Jordan River Learning Federation. Scope The scope includes: Construction of new contemporary learning areas Removal of demountable buildings Construction of a new administration area Additional carparking Improvements to outdoor learning areas Tender Briefing An industry pre-tender briefing session about this RFT and the procurement will be held at East Derwent Primary School.
