About this tender
Overview Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd (TasRail) is seeking offers from a suitably qualified and capable supplier to provide a replacement Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution to support ongoing operation and business requirements. About TasRail currently operates a VeloCloud SD-WAN network that provides site-to-site connectivity and external communications across the Company. Core datacenter services are hosted in Launceston, Tasmania. Telstra has deemed that the current solution will reach end of life by Telstra as of 1 July 2027. Purpose TasRail is seeking to procure a modern, secure and reliable replacement SD-WAN solution to ensure continuity of services and to support current and future operational needs.
