Principal Contractor - Kingston Community Health Centre - Stage 2

Overview This opportunity is for the engagement of a Principal Contractor to construct Stage 2 of the Kingston Community Health Centre, including integration with the existing Stage 1 building. About Stage 2 of the Kingston Community Health Centre will expand the existing health centre at Kingston Park to meet the healthcare needs of the growing community. Scope The scope includes: Construction of Stage 2 of the Kingston Community Health Centre Integration of the Stage 2 works with the existing Stage 1 building Delivery of three precincts: a Children, Women and Family Precinct, an Oral Health and Audiology Precinct, and an Adult Health Precinct Provision of modern, purpose-built spaces that support contemporary models of care and prioritise patient safety, accessibility and continuity of care Contractor Requirements Potential tenderers must be pre-qualified in the Tasmanian Department of Treasury and Finance prequalification scheme "Building Works: Institutional" to a value of at least $20,000,000 (or the value of their tender sum, whichever is the higher) Enquiries Email: infrastructure.contracts@health.tas.gov.au
