Tender Overview
About this tender
Overview Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty Ltd (TasPorts) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver security services at Devonport Airport, as outlined in Annexure A, TasPorts' Requirements, of this Request for Tender (RFT). Scope The scope includes: Delivery of the security services specified in Annexure A, TasPorts' Requirements Commencement of service delivery following contract award and mobilisation Additional Services Annexures B, C, D and E outline additional services representing potential future business opportunities for the successful respondent, to be provided directly or through appropriately qualified subcontractors. These services are currently delivered either in-house by TasPorts or through existing third-party arrangements. TasPorts may, at its discretion, offer the successful respondent the opportunity to provide some or all of these services at a later date during the term of the contract. These additional services will not form part of the formal evaluation criteria for this tender, however respondents are encouraged to outline their capability and approach to delivering them, as this information may be considered as part of the overall recommendation to award and inform future service planning discussions. Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience and capability in delivering the security services specified in Annexure A Suppliers are encouraged to consider sub-contracting or consortium arrangements in order to present a single supplier solution for TasPorts Respondents are not required to maintain a Tasmanian presence to be considered for contract award, although local knowledge, established operational capability, or a presence within Tasmania may support service delivery outcomes Instructions to Tenderers This tender is being conducted concurrently with Maritime Security Services (9S100120260602). Service providers with the capability and capacity to deliver services under both procurement processes are encouraged to submit responses to either or both tenders, as appropriate. TasPorts recognises that there may be operational and administrative synergies and efficiencies associated with the provision of multiple related services (the subject of both tenders) by a single service provider, and would prefer these services to be delivered by one provider where this represents the best value outcome. However, each tender will firstly be assessed independently and on its own merits in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in the respective Request for Tender documentation. After this initial assessment, overall consideration will then be given to the assessment of these synergies of a single supplier.
How to respond to this tender

Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
