Overview Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors for the Sirius Dr to Huntingfield Park & Ride Footpath project, involving the construction of a shared path and associated works. Scope The scope includes supply of all materials, plant, labour, and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake: Construction of a shared path Earthworks Drainage improvements Tree removal and protection works Service investigations and relocations Rehabilitation works All associated activities necessary to complete the project in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications Contractor Requirements The successful tenderer will be appointed as Principal Contractor for the coordination and delivery of these works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A pre-tender meeting will be held on site at the Huntingfield Park & Ride. Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from the portal. Registration is free. Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received, it is recommended that the tender is uploaded again. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
