Overview Colac Otway Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitable and experienced tenderers to carry out road resealing works under contract as part of the 2026/27 Reseal Road Reseal Program. Scope Road resealing works at various locations throughout the shire as identified by the Council Assets team Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers should allow sufficient time to upload their submission to the eProcure portal before the close time of 2.00pm, as large files may take some time to load Failure to fully upload a submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of the response
