Overview East Gippsland Water (EGW) invites suitably qualified contractors to submit tenders for the annual inspection, maintenance and calibration of Water Quality Monitoring Instruments (WQMI) located across EGW's operational sites in the East Gippsland region. These services support EGW's commitment to drinking water quality, regulatory compliance, and asset performance under the Safe Drinking Water Act and relevant EPA guidelines. Scope The scope includes: Annual inspection of water quality monitoring instruments across EGW's operational sites in the East Gippsland region Maintenance of water quality monitoring instruments across EGW's operational sites in the East Gippsland region Calibration of water quality monitoring instruments across EGW's operational sites in the East Gippsland region The successful contractor will be engaged to deliver these services for the duration of the contract, ensuring timely access to reliable, qualified calibration and maintenance services. Contract Terms and Conditions The Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be established for an initial term of three (3) years Subject to EGW's satisfaction and mutual agreement by both parties, the SLA may be extended for a period of 2 x 1 year (a total of 5 years)
