Overview The Department of Transport and Planning (VIC) is seeking tenders for the application of protective coating to West Gate Bridge Piers 1, 2 and 3 (DOT44747). Scope Application of protective coating to West Gate Bridge Piers 1, 2 and 3 Contractor Requirements Only tenderers prequalified at B3 and F5 or above at the time of tender closing are eligible to tender for this contract All tenderers must attend a mandatory site inspection during the tender period WGB Confidentiality Deed Polls, both Company and Individual, must be completed Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site inspection will be held during the tender period to review site constraints, including suitable locations for EWP setup during the works, and access constraints associated with the pier coating works and concrete viaduct repairs. Each tenderer is limited to a maximum of four personnel per inspection All attendees must be inducted for the West Gate Bridge prior to attending the inspection Instructions to Tenderers Tender Opening Date: 7 August 2026 Tender documents can be obtained via email after the relevant confidentiality deed has been submitted to the nominated contact, Yadhu Bhaskaran (Yadhu.Bhaskaran@transport.vic.gov.au).
