Overview The City of Ballarat is inviting Expressions of Interest from parties interested in participating in a future Request for Tender (RFT) for the Heat Pump Electrification of the Ballarat Aquatic Centre. Scope The indicative scope of works, to be confirmed at tender stage and summarised from the drawing(s), includes: Electrical switchboards Electrical reticulation Build of plant yard and plant room ASHP/WSHP units Heating hydraulics Building Management System (BMS) General works Instructions to Tenderers Council envisages that it will prepare a short-list of persons or body corporates who lodge an EOI in response to this document (Respondent) and will subsequently seek tenders from such short-listed Respondents.
