Overview The City of Melton is seeking tender submissions from qualified and capable civil contractors for the salvage and removal of an existing spoil stockpile at the Botanica Springs Community Centre. About Melton City Council delivered the Botanica Springs Community Centre in 2011. The site is located within a culturally sensitive area, and the excavated spoil from the construction works was salvaged for Aboriginal heritage artefacts in the presence of a Registered Aboriginal Party, Inspectors, and a Council appointed heritage advisor. Purpose Council is seeking tender submissions for the salvage of the existing stockpile and its removal in order to remediate the site. Scope The scope includes: Salvage of the existing stockpile at the site Removal of the salvaged stockpile from the site Contractor Requirements Must be a qualified and capable civil contractor
