Overview The City of Yarra is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the delivery of the Brunswick Street Oval Precinct Sports Pavilion Project, under a Design and Construct Contract. Scope The scope includes: Design development and completion of design for a new two-storey sports pavilion and associated precinct infrastructure Coordination and management of the design and construction process Obtaining statutory approvals Construction, commissioning and handover of the new sports pavilion and precinct infrastructure Delivery of a modern, accessible and sustainable sports and community facility Associated civil, landscape and utility services works Associated access, parking and external works required to support operation of the precinct Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified supplier capable of delivering the project under a Design and Construct Contract
