Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, materials and supervision required to complete the construction works to new/renew concrete footpaths at the nominated locations. The Contract will be a schedule of rates contract subject to price adjustment for rise and fall in the rates over two-year period with the option of up to three additional years on a 2 + 1+1+1 basis.
