Carrum Playspace Renewal

Overview The Kingston City Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction works associated with the Carrum Foreshore Playspace Renewal Project. Scope The scope includes: Demolition and removal of existing playspace infrastructure Site preparation Earthworks Drainage works Construction of pathways and hardstand areas Installation of new playground equipment and play surfacing Landscaping Installation of park furniture, fencing and signage All associated civil and ancillary works required to deliver a complete and operational playspace facility Project management and stakeholder coordination Environmental management Quality assurance, testing and commissioning Provision of all documentation required to achieve Practical Completion and handover to Council Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking construction works of this nature Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the works Site Inspection Attendance at one of the nominated mandatory site inspections is a condition of tendering. Only tenderers who attend will be eligible to submit a tender. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged before the nominated closing date and time, with late submissions not accepted All enquiries and requests for clarification must be submitted via the TenderLink online forum no later than four (4) business days prior to the tender closing date
