Overview The City of Kingston is seeking a contractor to undertake painting and flooring renewal works at the Chelsea Height Community Centre, to enhance the centre's appearance, functionality, and longevity. Purpose The works will improve safety, reduce ongoing maintenance requirements, and create a more welcoming environment for community members. The project forms part of Council's ongoing asset renewal program, ensuring the facility remains well-maintained and fit for purpose to meet the needs of the community. Scope The scope includes: Renewal of flooring in designated areas of the Chelsea Height Community Centre Repainting of internal surfaces of the centre Repainting of selected external surfaces of the centre Contract Terms and Conditions The project is strictly required to start on 02 December 2026 The project must be completed by 07 January 2027 Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Tenderers should allow enough time for lodging their submission, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All RFQ clarification questions must be submitted no later than three (3) days prior to the tender closing date. All RFQ related queries must be submitted via the online forum within TenderLink (refer to the Online Forum option).
