Overview The City of Ballarat is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services under Category C, covering community, cultural and sporting venues and events across the municipality. Scope The scope includes: General cleaning services covering public and staff areas, staff and community kitchens, meeting rooms, building entrances and foyers, corridors and walkways, stairwells, and external areas Scheduled cleaning services General cleaning services and scheduled cleaning at the Eureka Centre, including the retail space, café areas, theatre auditorium, education room, and other areas provided Scheduled cleaning conducted in the morning, before opening hours, when requested by the City of Ballarat if an evening event occurs Cleaning services for events and bookings held at City of Ballarat managed facilities or outdoor venues Cleaning services for cultural events
