Overview Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitable contractors to submit a lump sum tender for the construction of Stage 2 of the Longwood Nature Playspace. Scope The scope includes: Construction and installation of the playground, landscaping and associated civil infrastructure to complete the nature play space in accordance with the approved design drawings and specifications Site preparation Earthworks Drainage Pathways Playground surfacing Play equipment installation Landscaping Associated ancillary works necessary to deliver a safe, functional and compliant community recreation facility Contractor Requirements Provide all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, materials, design services, testing, certifications, approvals and incidentals necessary to complete the works in accordance with the Contract, approved drawings, specifications, and all applicable standards and statutory requirements Instructions to Tenderers Reference: Contract 26-27-04, Construction of Longwood Nature Playspace, Stage 2 Failure to supply a schedule of rates price in Schedule 1 will result in the tender not being evaluated All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload their submission prior to the closing deadline and should familiarise themselves with the online form and uploading options via the 'Response' tab Late submissions in any format will not be accepted, and any submission still in progress at the closing time will not be accepted A good quality network or internet connection is recommended when uploading a submission All communications regarding the submission must be made via Tendersearch using the 'Questions' tab
