About this tender
Overview Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitable contractors to undertake the construction of the Strathbogie Walking Track under a lump sum contract, delivered as Contract 26-27-05. Scope The scope includes: Provision of all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, materials, design services, testing, certifications, and approvals necessary to complete the works Completion of the works in accordance with the Contract, approved drawings, specifications, and all applicable standards and statutory requirements Information Requested A schedule of rates price completed in Schedule 1; failure to supply this will result in the tender not being evaluated All Tender Schedules must be completed for the submission to be evaluated Instructions to Tenderers Sufficient time must be allowed to upload submissions prior to the 4pm deadline; tenderers are advised to familiarise themselves with the online form and uploading options via the 'Response' tab Late submissions in any format will not be accepted; if a submission is midway through upload when the clock reaches 4:00pm, it will not be accepted and cannot be continued A good quality network or internet connection is recommended All communications regarding the submission must be made via Tendersearch using the 'Questions' tab Strathbogie Shire Council's Procurement Policy is available at the following link: Procurement-Policy-and-Procedure-Adopted-19-May-2026.pdf
