About this tender
Overview The City of Ballarat is seeking a contractor to design and deliver a series of road upgrade sub-projects associated with the Greenhalghs Road upgrades in Winter Valley, under the DCP-BW project. Scope The following sub-projects will be designed and delivered in accordance with the PSP, DCP, IDM, Australian Standards and other industry adopted standards and guidelines (including Austroads and VicRoads): DI_JNC_04: Design and construction of the Greenhalghs Rd and New N-S Rd (North) roundabout DI_JNC_05: Design only of the signalised intersection of Greenhalghs Rd and New N-S Rd (South) DI_RD_14: Design and construction of Greenhalghs Rd between the new N-S Rd (North) and the future Western Link Road (Dyson Dr) DI_RD_15: Design and construction of Greenhalghs Rd between the new N-S Rd (South) and the new N-S Rd (North) Instructions to Tenderers It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor emails and alerts throughout the tender period and after tender close, until award or notice of outcome is issued. Clarifications and other information are issued to the email address the bidder used to register for the tender. No other phone calls or emails will be utilised to communicate with the bidder. Bidders are to ensure that the nominated email is monitored during absences or changes of staff.
