Overview North East Water is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver debt recovery services, through this Request for Tender (RFT). Scope The scope includes: Delivery of professional, effective and compliant debt recovery services Appropriate consideration of individual customer circumstances, including customers experiencing vulnerability, financial hardship or family violence Supporting North East Water in managing outstanding customer debt and achieving appropriate recovery outcomes while maintaining a fair and customer-focused approach Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in providing debt recovery services Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers should refer to the RFT documentation for full details of the scope of services, requirements, contractual conditions, evaluation criteria and response requirements. The complete RFT documentation is available through this opportunity and comprises: RFT Part A, Conditions of Tendering RFT Part B, The Specification RFT Part C, Contract RFT Part D, Tenderer's Response Form RFT Part D1, associated response schedules, for detailed pricing and technical requirements Tenderers are responsible for reviewing the complete RFT documentation before submitting a response. Tender responses must be submitted electronically through the Buying for Victoria platform in accordance with the requirements set out in the RFT documentation. Tenderers should ensure all required response schedules and supporting documentation are completed and submitted by the closing date and time. All enquiries relating to this RFT should be submitted through the Buying for Victoria forum, up to 10 November 2026, in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering. Tenderers should not rely on verbal advice or information provided outside the formal tender process. North East Water may issue addenda, clarifications or other information during the RFT period.
