Overview Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking offers from suitably qualified tenderers to complete the design and construction of the existing change room facilities at the Deakin Reserve (Grandstand) Change Rooms. Scope Design of upgrades to the existing change room facilities at the Deakin Reserve (Grandstand) Change Rooms Construction of the change room facility upgrades at the Deakin Reserve (Grandstand) Change Rooms Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are required to complete an electronic Returnable Schedule in eProcure. The traditional Tender Schedules document is no longer provided. All mandatory questions must be completed online in order to submit a tender, and responses to those questions will form the basis of the evaluation. Tenderers may download or export the questions from eProcure to help prepare their submission, but answers must be entered directly into the Electronic Returnable Schedule. Reference to other attachments cannot replace this requirement. Tenderers must ensure their submission is fully uploaded before the closing time, as late tenders cannot be accepted.
