Design and Supply of Public Furniture

Overview The City of Casey invites suitable tenderers to complete the design, manufacture and supply of a coordinated suite of public realm furniture under a long-term panel arrangement. Purpose Council is seeking durable, modular and sustainable furniture solutions that support consistent place outcomes, improved asset management, reduced lifecycle costs and streamlined procurement processes. Scope The scope includes: Design, manufacture and supply of a standardised range of public seats, benches, platform benches and picnic tables, including accessible/DDA-compliant configurations Design, manufacture and supply of associated components for the furniture range Supply of the furniture range for use across parks, streetscapes, reserves and community spaces throughout the municipality Ongoing supply of replacement components and spare parts Provision of associated technical documentation Support for a range of capital works, public realm, streetscape, park development and asset renewal projects across the City of Casey under the panel arrangement Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of three years, with extension options available
