Overview Kingston City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver the services described in CON-26/167 Edithvale Family and Children's Centre Internal Painting Renewal. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of internal painting renewal services at the Edithvale Family and Children's Centre, as outlined in the Project Specification supplied in the tender documentation Contract Terms and Conditions The facility will be closed from 23 December 2026 to 6 January 2027 (both dates inclusive) All painting works are strictly required to be undertaken and completed within this shutdown period Site Inspection Attendance at one of the nominated mandatory site inspections is a condition of tendering. Only tenderers who attend a nominated mandatory site inspection will be eligible to submit a tender. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged before the nominated closing date and time; late submissions will not be accepted All enquiries and requests for clarification must be submitted via the online forum no later than four (4) business days prior to the tender closing date
