About Council is delivering the Cobblebank Community Hub (the CCH) at 42 Hollingsworth Drive, Cobblebank, with a total floor area of 10,000 square metres, intended to deliver a range of community and health services. The CCH includes a dedicated café space on the ground floor. Purpose This EOI is to assist Council in identifying suitable occupants for a tenant and operator of the café space.
