Falls Creek Water Treatment Upgrade - Building Construction

Overview Falls Creek Alpine Resort, part of Alpine Resorts Victoria, is seeking suitably qualified and experienced companies via an Open Public Tender for the construction of a new water treatment building in Falls Creek. Scope The scope includes: Civil works and construction works for a new water treatment building at Falls Creek Construction of the building to house a media filtration system, water storage tank, chlorine dosing skid, and associated electrical and control components Joining the new building to an existing water treatment building This tender covers the civil and construction works for the building itself. The filtration system, tank, chemical dosing, and control portion of the project do not form part of this tender. Contract Terms and Conditions The building is expected to be constructed by April 2027 The building is required to be completed, with all equipment installed and commissioned, before June 2027
