Hampton Activity Centre Improvement Works

Overview Bayside City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the appointment of a Principal Construction Contractor, including all necessary sub-contractors, to implement large scale civil and landscape improvement works at the Hampton Street Activity Centre. About As outlined in the Bayside Council Plan (2025-2029), Council will invest $16 million over the next four years to upgrade activity centre precincts across the municipality. Hampton Street will be the first project delivered under the Plan.
