Overview Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to submit tenders for the Hobson Street Wellsford Street Roundabout. Scope The scope includes construction of the roundabout, comprising: Earthworks Pavement construction Kerb and channel works Footpath works Drainage works Service alterations Asphalt works Contract Terms and Conditions Required date for Practical Completion: 26 February 2027 Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are available via the eProcure portal. Tenderers must register with Council to access the documents at www.eprocure.com.au/wellingtonshirecouncil. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the eProcure portal no later than 2.00 pm, Wednesday 16 September 2026. Late submissions, facsimile, or hard copy tenders will not be accepted. Wellington Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
