The Infrastructure Upgrade Program is funded by the Victorian Department of Health and involves upgrades to ageing and non-compliant infrastructure across the RMH City Campus. Works will be delivered within a live acute hospital environment and will include multiple staged and interdependent work packages. Due to limitations in available supplier information within existing registers, the initial shortlist of tenderers will be determined using a structured, criteria-based assessment of supplier capability (see capabilities that apply below). This assessment will be undertaken using existing information sources, including known project experience, prequalification status, and relevant market knowledge. At this stage, no capability statements or registrations of interest are being sought as part of this forward notice.
