Overview Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified contractors to undertake civil construction works associated with the Karadoc Avenue and Sixteenth Street Intersection Upgrade and Sixteenth Street Reconstruction Between Karadoc Avenue and Koorlong Avenue project. Scope The scope includes: Civil construction works for the Karadoc Avenue and Sixteenth Street Intersection Upgrade Reconstruction of Sixteenth Street between Karadoc Avenue and Koorlong Avenue Site Inspection A site inspection with Council is available on request via the VendorPanel online forum. Inspections are recommended but not mandatory. Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can only be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel system. Respondents will receive a confirmation email upon completion. Should assistance be required, the help function or online chat available from the VendorPanel home page can be used. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time, as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means, including open email, facsimile, post or in person, will not be considered.
