Scope The scope includes: Construction of Kilmany Landfill Cell 4 and associated road infrastructure Supply of all materials and equipment required for the works Completion of all earthworks to complete the construction of Kilmany Cell 4 Contract Terms and Conditions Practical completion date: 16 July 2027 The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted Instructions to Tenderers All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from the eProcure website (www.eprocure.com.au/wellingtonshirecouncil) All tender submissions must be lodged electronically through the eProcure portal no later than 2 pm Friday 16 October 2026 Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted All questions and requests for clarification regarding the tender must be submitted through the eProcure portal; Council will not respond to questions received through any other communication channel
