About this tender
Overview Horsham Rural City Council provides Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Immunisation Services to support the health and wellbeing of children, families and the broader community. These services are delivered in partnership with the Victorian Government and in accordance with relevant legislation, policy frameworks and funding agreements. Council is seeking an independent consultant to undertake a comprehensive review of these services. Purpose The review is intended to ensure the MCH and Immunisation Services remain sustainable, efficient, responsive to community needs and aligned with current best practice and future government and sector reform directions. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking a comprehensive review of Council's Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation Services Refer to the Consultant's Brief for complete details of the project scope, requirements and deliverables. Questions relating to this tender will be answered until 5:00 PM Wednesday 12th August 2026. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.
