About this tender

Overview Knox City Council is seeking a quality assured tennis court contractor to deliver the Millers Park and Knox Gardens Reserve Tennis Court Renewal project, in accordance with the tender specifications and the engineering plans (Part 3). Scope The tender covers the following sites, which are publicly accessible for any required site visits: Part A: Miller Park Reserve, Boronia, Tennis Court Renewal 4-6 Part B: Knox Gardens Reserve, Wantirna South, Tennis Court Renewal 4 and 5 The scope includes: Removal of the original asphalt tennis court pavement Reconstruction of the pavement with concrete and an acrylic surface Associated reinstatement works Contractor Requirements Tenderers must be pre-qualified with the Civil Contractors Federation or ISO, or a Council approved equivalent Tenderers must submit a detailed works program for the entire works, which will form a key element of the evaluation process Contract Terms and Conditions All works under this contract must be completed as specified within the approved submitted Works Program and no later than 31 May 2027. Instructions to Tenderers This tender is split into two parts, Part A and Part B. Council's preference is to award all parts to a single Contractor, but Council reserves the right to award different parts to different Contractors.
