About this tender
Overview Reeds Consulting Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably accredited contractors to tender for the construction of a branch sewer at Montgomery Estate. Scope Construction of approximately 580 metres of DN375 and DN450 Branch Sewer as part of 610-640 Davis Road, Tarneit / Montgomery Estate, for the Developer, within the City of Wyndham Contractor Requirements Accreditation with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC2 (Branch Sewer >DN280 or Sewer Retic >5m in depth) Accreditation with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC7 (Live Sewer Works) If not accredited to Category SC2, or under probation in Category SC2, an accreditation dispensation will not be considered for this project The tenderer must hold the relevant accreditation category(ies) and provide the relevant Key Personnel The tenderer is not able to subcontract the accreditation or supervision by the Key Personnel; subcontractors can still be used for labour and plant and/or specialist services, e.g. boring, directional drilling, testing, live tappings, etc. Tenderers must demonstrate their commitment to safety in their tender Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box located at www.tenderlink.com/greaterwesternwater prior to the closing date and time.
