Mowing and Horticultural Maintenance Services

Overview The City of Greater Dandenong requires contractors to provide programmed mowing and horticulture maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of the Specification, on Council managed land throughout the municipal district as specified. Objectives Council has an objective to protect, maintain and enhance the quality of the City of Greater Dandenong's natural environment, streetscapes and landscapes, and to provide for the responsible management of its streets and open space areas. Scope The scope includes provision of programmed mowing and horticulture maintenance services, in accordance with the Specification, across Council managed land including: Parks, road reserves and sports grounds Playgrounds Public open spaces in shopping centre precincts and community buildings Other public places Natural remnant vegetation sites Recreational facilities
