Overview Maribyrnong City Council is inviting expressions of interest from food trucks to operate at the Maribyrnong New Year's Eve Fireworks event. Eligibility Applications are open to food trucks only; the Council is unable to accept applications for marquee food stalls at this event This is a highly competitive application process, with a limited number of food truck sites available Applications will be assessed by the Event Manager to ensure each offering is appropriate for the event and that there is a balanced and diverse selection of food and beverage options available to attendees Final selection is at the discretion of Maribyrnong City Council How to Apply To submit an expression of interest, complete the application form using the supplied link. Applications close Friday 2 October 2026, and all applicants will be contacted following the closing date.
