About this tender
Overview Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) is providing advance notice of an upcoming Request for Tender (RFT) to establish a multi-supplier PFAS Remediation Works and Services Panel. The Panel will support FRV's ongoing PFAS Remediation Program across its metropolitan and regional property portfolio, addressing contamination associated with the historical use of firefighting foams containing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). This notice is for market awareness and planning purposes only and does not constitute an invitation to tender. Scope The proposed Panel will provide access to specialist suppliers across the following areas: Contaminated land investigation Environmental assessment Remediation planning and design Remediation and treatment works Waste management Civil works Environmental monitoring Validation and reporting services It is anticipated that the Panel will comprise categories covering both professional environmental and technical services, as well as remediation works and treatment activities. Eligibility FRV intends that participation will be limited to appropriately prequalified suppliers on the Victorian Government Construction Supplier Register (CSR), subject to the final RFT documentation. Instructions to Tenderers The procurement is expected to be released in late September 2026 and will be conducted as a Public Construction Procurement in accordance with Victorian Government procurement requirements. FRV will not provide the RFT documentation before its scheduled release. All relevant procurement documentation will be made available through the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal when the RFT is released.
