Overview Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) is inviting responses for the preventative planned maintenance of five cremators, including associated ash processing and bier equipment, at Springvale Botanical Cemetery. Scope The scope includes ongoing support and maintenance of SMCT's cremator equipment located at Springvale Botanical Cemetery, comprising: Servicing and maintenance of 5 x Cremators (Major - HD90 Cremator) Servicing and maintenance of 2 x Charge Biers (Major - AG/CT-90) Servicing and maintenance of 1 x Ash Processor (Cremulator) (FT High Speed Cremulator) Servicing and maintenance of 1 x Ash Transfer Cabinet (FT Ash Transfer Cabinet) Rebricking works in accordance with manufacturers' standards Servicing of combustion equipment, mechanical, electrical, and refractory components in accordance with manufacturers' standards Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site visit and briefing session will be held. Attendance at the briefing and site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid, and failure to attend will deem any tender submission void.
