About this tender
Overview Eastern Health will be releasing an open market Request for Tender to invite tenders for the provision of Print Management Services to undertake the control of print and printed material, warehousing and distribution across Eastern Health sites. This Advance Tender Notice is issued for market awareness only. It is not the tender, and no tender documentation is being released at this stage. Scope The scope includes: Control of print and printed material across Eastern Health sites Warehousing of print and printed material Distribution of print and printed material across Eastern Health sites Eastern Health currently has approximately 350 stock lines, consisting of a broad range of items such as Medical Record forms, Letterheads, Information Brochures and Packs (Colour and Black & White), Stickers, Envelopes and Administration Forms. Contractor Requirements A high level of experience, motivation and competency in relation to dealing with businesses of a comparable size Contract Terms and Conditions 3 year fixed pricing term Further 1 x 2 year option to extend Service expected to be fully operational by 1 April 2027 Instructions to Tenderers The Tender is expected to be released during the last week of August 2026. This Request for Tender will be published via the HealthShare Victoria procurement portal https://healthsharevic.org.au, where suppliers will need to be registered to download the tender documents. An instruction guide, the Website Super User - Supplier Guide, is included with this Advance Notice to assist with this process.
