Overview Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver cleaning services to buildings and amenities within the municipality. Scope Provision of cleaning services to buildings and amenities within the municipality Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site inspection of Council's major facilities will be held. Date: Wednesday, 11 November 2026 Time: 9.00am Location: Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre (meet in foyer) Registration for the inspection is required and must be made prior to 5pm Tuesday, 10 November 2026 by emailing the names of attendees and a contact number to projectofficer@wangaratta.vic.gov.au. Council will not accept a submission from a tenderer who has not undertaken the site visit. Enquiries All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions, are to be lodged via the e-Tendering portal at least 48 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to. Instructions to Tenderers All responses must be lodged via the online e-Tendering Portal. Submissions received via any other means, including hardcopy, will not be accepted or considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered. Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time, preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
