Provision of Erica – Tanjil – Maintenance Grading

Overview The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (VIC) is seeking a contractor to provide grading and resheeting works to support its ongoing maintenance of the Strategic Fire Road Network (SFRN) in the Latrobe District, as part of this Request for Tender for Erica – Tanjil – Maintenance Grading. Scope The scope includes: Grading and patch resheeting of selected roads that form the Latrobe District Strategic Fire Road Network, as per the attached maps Pricing of grading and resheeting works in accordance with the Minor Works – Technical Specifications Combined V3.0 and Minor Works Technical Specification #4 – Pavement Resheet (included in attachments) Compliance with identified values, contingency plans, and works practices and principles (included in attachments) Performance of works within instructions provided by the DEECA superintendent or their delegated representative Out of Scope Any works not approved by the DEECA superintendent or their delegated representative Use of plant that is not on the External Plant Panel, is not compliant, or is not listed
