Provision of Facilities Cleaning – Community Services

Overview The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Provision of Facilities Cleaning at Kingston City Council Community Buildings. About These facilities are vital community spaces that provide a broad range of services, programs and gathering places for residents of all ages and backgrounds throughout the municipality. Scope Provision of facilities cleaning services at Kingston City Council Community Buildings Site Inspection Mandatory site visits to five key community sites will be held on Monday 16 November 2026. Non-attendance or failure to attend these one-off mandatory site inspections will immediately deem the contractor's Response to Tender submission non-compliant, void, and it will not progress any further. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Please allow enough time for lodging the submission, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFx closing date.
