Overview The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Provision of Facilities Cleaning at key, staffed council office building sites. Scope Provision of facilities cleaning services at key, staffed council office building sites Site Inspection Mandatory site visits to all five office building sites will be held on Friday 6th November 2026. Date: Friday 6th November 2026 Attendance: Mandatory for all five office building sites Non-attendance or failure to attend these one-off mandatory site inspections will immediately deem the contractor's Response to Tender Submission non-compliant, void, and it will not progress any further. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time; enough time should be allowed for lodging the submission Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFx closing date All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum within TenderLink (refer to the Online Forum option)
