Overview The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) invites potential tenderers to submit a proposal for the provision of leased office accommodation in Geelong. Scope The scope includes: Provision of leased office accommodation located within the attached Search Zone within Geelong Office area of 1500m2 Storage area of 60m2 Contract Terms and Conditions Lease terms of 7 or 10 years, with 2 by 3 year options Instructions to Tenderers Lodgement is via electronic submission through AusTender. Tenderers must allow sufficient time for their lodgement, including time that may be required for any problem analysis and resolution prior to the Closing Time.
