Overview The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of the Namatjira Park Play Space Renewal at 37 Springs Road, Clayton South. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of the existing playground and associated infrastructure Construction of two new inclusive play space areas in accordance with the approved landscape, civil and structural documentation Supply and installation of new play equipment Supply and installation of impact attenuating surfacing Landscaping works Drainage works Construction of pathways Supply and installation of park furniture Installation of associated site infrastructure Establishment and maintenance of the completed works Contract Terms and Conditions Council intends to award the contract by 12th October 2026 Works must be completed by 31st March 2027
