Scope The scope includes: Provision of labour, materials, plant and equipment for sprayed bituminous sealing and resealing of various roads throughout the Shire Preparation works associated with the sealing and resealing activities Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of seven months, with specifically scheduled works to be completed during the period December 2026 to March 2027 Contractor Quality Assured Contract Method of payment is Lump Sum, subject to rise and fall in prices in accordance with the specification, with some Provisional Quantities items
