Overview The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) has issued this advance tender notice to advise that it intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for roller door, shutter and gate maintenance services at DEECA properties. This advance tender notice is not the actual tender and no tender documentation is provided at this stage. Scope DEECA is seeking tender submissions from a suitably qualified organisation with relevant experience to provide the following: Roller door maintenance services for DEECA's regional Victorian properties Roller shutter maintenance services for DEECA's regional Victorian properties Automatic gate maintenance services for DEECA's regional Victorian properties Contract Terms and Conditions The prospective engagement will be for a contracted term of 3 years plus one 24-month option, commencing 1 April 2027 Instructions to Tenderers The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal RFT process It is anticipated that the RFT will be issued from 24 September 2026 Tender documentation will be made available for download from the Buying for Victoria website (www.tenders.vic.gov.au) once the tender has been formally issued Enquiries All enquiries relating to this advance tender notice must be directed to Leonard Robbins, Infrastructure Contracts Coordinator, at leonard.robbins@deeca.vic.gov.au.
