Overview This is an advance tender notice from the Department of Education (VIC). The department intends to conduct an open market Invitation to Supply (ITS) procurement process to invite providers of specified types of evidence-based student mental health and wellbeing programs to apply for inclusion in the next iteration of the Schools Mental Health Menu (the Menu). This follows previous procurement processes conducted in 2022 and 2024. About The Schools Mental Health Fund and the evidence-based Menu were established in response to the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. Purpose The Schools Mental Health Fund and Menu support Victorian government schools to select programs and interventions that best meet their students' mental health and wellbeing needs. Scope The scope includes: Supply of specified types of evidence-based student mental health and wellbeing programs for inclusion in the next iteration of the Schools Mental Health Menu Eligibility Providers of specified types of evidence-based student mental health and wellbeing programs wishing to participate in this opportunity Instructions to Tenderers Providers of evidence-based student mental health and wellbeing programs wishing to participate in this opportunity are encouraged to refer to the Schools Mental Health Fund and Menu page for further information about the Fund and Menu, and the How to be included on the Schools Mental Health Menu page for further information about the ITS process.
