Overview Indigo Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to rehabilitate approximately 650m of sealed road on Up River Road, Carlyle, approximately 9km north of Rutherglen Township. Scope The scope includes a variety of rehabilitation treatments: In-situ foamed bitumen stabilisation Recycling or replacement of existing gravel pavements New gravel overlays Seal reinstatement Ancillary drainage and shoulder works Instructions to Tenderers Tenders are to be submitted via Council's electronic tender portal eProcure. Tenders received later than the indicated closing time or submitted by any other means will be deemed non-conforming and may be considered at the sole discretion of Council. Quotations shall be clearly marked "26-036 – Sealed Pavement Rehabilitation – Up River Road Stage 1".
