Overview The Shrine of Remembrance Trustees is seeking to engage a professional and experienced Cleaning Services provider for the Shrine of Remembrance. Scope The scope includes: Routine cleaning services, performed regularly after hours Day-to-day cleaning services, performed during normal business operating hours Periodic cleaning services, involving planned deep cleaning Reactive cleaning services, performed on an ad-hoc basis Contract Terms and Conditions Minimum contract period of three years Option for a two-year extension Eligibility The Shrine invites suppliers registered with the Victorian Government, Buying for Victoria Marketplace Suppliers List to submit a response to this RFT. Instructions to Tenderers Responses must be submitted through the Buying for Victoria, Tenders Portal. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A briefing session, the Shrine Cleaning Services Briefing, will be held for this opportunity. Date: 28 August 2026 Time: 1:00 pm Location: 100 Birdwood Avenue, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3004 Registration closes: 27 August 2026, 5:00 pm Respondents are encouraged to attend the briefing session, scheduled for 1pm, Friday 28 August 2026. Public street parking is available along Birdwood Avenue, and the Shrine is also accessible by public transport via Tram Stop 19 on St Kilda Road and by rail at Anzac Station. A site visit is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
